Alabama football landed a key in-state 2023 target when Hunter Osborne, a four-star defensive lineman from Hewitt-Trussville, announced his commitment Monday.
Osborne, the No. 130 recruit in the nation according to the 247Sports Composite, selected Alabama over Tennessee, Clemson and Texas.
He is Alabama’s first defensive line commit and brings the class total to 17. Osborne, 6-foot-4 and 260 pounds, is rated the nation’s No. 18 defensive lineman and the No. 12 in-state recruit.
