The Baylor Bears continued their hot streak on the recruiting trail Monday after another strong weekend of official visitors. Last week they picked up commitments from Wes Tucker, Corey Kelly, and Trent Thomas. This week they continued that run with a commitment from high 3-star defensive lineman Jaren Woods.

An 88-grade player on 247Sports, Woods is a Top-100 player in the state and a highly coveted defensive lineman from La Grange, Texas. Woods had 10 offers in hand including from Vanderbilt, Auburn, California, Houston, TCU, Texas, Texas Tech, and Yale. A 6-foot-4, 265 pound defensive lineman, Woods adds to a developing defensive line class for the Bears.
