The Tigers have three returning starters in tackles Nyles Pinckney and Tyler Davis and end Justin Foster. The other end is redshirt sophomore K.J. Henry. Davis played last season as a freshman. Foster and Pinckney are seniors who were stuck behind the Power Rangers. Among the second group are fourth-year junior Jordan Williams, third-year sophomore Darnell Jefferies and third-year sophomore Justin Mascoll. There are other veterans throughout and one of Clemson’s best-ever freshman classes at the position, too.
“I expect everybody to play,” Henry said. “I know that’s how we’re preparing. Everybody should be ready to play from top to bottom, from side to side. That’s what we expect of ourselves, honestly. We expect everybody to be ready for that moment. That’s kind of what I’m expecting when the (Wake Forest) game comes around.”
