More than a year ago, Malik Jackson was the jewel of the Eagles free agent signings. The former Pro Bowler signed a three-year deal worth $10 million per season, and the Eagles had found a long-term running mate for All-Pro Fletcher Cox on the interior defensive line.

But, Jackson suffered a season-ending foot injury in his first game with the Eagles.

Jackson, though, wants to remind people of why the Eagles made him a priority last March.

“It’s nice to be able to work with Fletch,” Jackson said. “It’s exciting. To sit there for a year and really just daydream about it and think about it, and now that I’m here, I’m just trying to stay healthy, be consistent and get back to the way I was, possibly even 110% better. But it’s working well.”
