As the Eagles make preparations to face the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday night, an ever-changing offensive line may look different once again with the return of Jason Peters and two injuries affecting starting right tackle Lane Johnson.
During Wednesday’s practice, Peters was getting snaps at left tackle with the first-team offense. After suffering a toe injury, Peters, who was placed on injured reserve, was activated in a 21-day practice window, signaling that he is close to returning. During Peters’ absence, third-year tackle Jordan Mailata gave up only three sacks in the four games he started.
