When it comes to the offensive line, Indiana’s depth is a bit on the thin side. The Hoosiers made a move to address that need on Friday when West Texas A&M transfer offensive tackle Parker Hanna announced he will play for IU next fall.
“The marathon continues,” Hanna wrote on his Twitter page. “One last ride with Indiana.”
The Stratford, Texas product has been a four-year starter at the Division II school.
Hanna played in four games in 2021 after he started in all six games in a pandemic shortened 2020 season at left tackle for an offense that produced 429.7 yards of total offense per game. Hanna was also part of an offensive line that helped the Buffs rush for 415 yards and four touchdowns in the season opener against Oklahoma Panhandle State.
