Offensive line coach/offensive coordinator Kyle Flood was able to add a whopping four commits in the trenches in the 2023 Texas football recruiting class since the afternoon of June 26. During a massive weekend for Texas on the recruiting trail, the offensive line took hold of the spotlight since the commitment of the elite five-star Isidore Newman quarterback Arch Manning back on June 23.
Flood, head coach Steve Sarkisian, and the Longhorns got the fifth commitment of June 26 and the seventh since June 23 by flipping three-star Melissa offensive tackle Trevor Goosby from the TCU Horned Frogs to round out the weekend. Goosby was committed to the Horned Frogs since April 26.
