Another piece was added to the USC offensive line on Thursday.
Cooper Lovelace, a 6-foot-5, 320-pound lineman with experience across the line, announced his commitment to the Trojans. The Butler (Kan.) Community College lineman has three years of eligibility to use in Los Angeles.
Lovelace picked the Trojans over other offers that included Florida and Oklahoma State. Since taking over, the offensive and defensive lines have been a priority for this new USC coaching staff, and USC’s depth on the offensive side is trending in the right direction.
